Embody Your Body Workshop

Beauty should be in the eye of the beholder, however it’s been in the eye of society and its unrealistic expectations and standards. This is a space where we can re-imagine what beauty means. Let’s redefine standards and reclaim authority over our bodies that have been so heavily policed. In our interactive workshop we will create and connect with like-minded individuals.
This event will consist of discussion, with questions designed to help you reflect on how you feel about your about your body. It will also include a vision boarding activity, so we can identify: what beauty means to you & how you can embody it. We will end the session with some hypnotherapy designed at creating new neural networks in the brain, so you can leave the session feeling integrated & closer to embodying your own standard of beauty.
There will be some resources, but please do bring any glue & scissors, as well as any magazines! We look forward to seeing you soon.
