TICKETS & RESTRICTIONS

Now that restrcitions are lifted this will no longer be a seated event. You do not need to arrive in your table groups & your ticket is valid for the whole event! Ticket buyers will receive an email today asking to send in the names of the people they reserved a table on behalf of for our ticket lists.

The event is fully sold out, we won’t be releasing any more tickets. However we will be operating a one-in one-out system from the time of last entry – 8pm. For all ticket holders please stick to the last entry cut off at 8pm, we cannot gurantee you entry after that time. Ticket holders can come, leave and come back as they please before last entry.

Don’t forget you can have your dinner here, we’ll be serving up delicious curry at 7pm! AND we’ve got Teegs party fruit salad around 3pm for a refreshing interlude in the sun 🍲

COVID-19 & THE WEATHER

Reminder that this event will take place mostly outside & under cover of a marquee. Whilst the government has eased restrictions, we are aware that many people are still vulnerable and may feel unsafe at large events. We want people to feel safe at the party, so we are asking that attendees take a PCR or lateral flow test up to 48 hours before the event. And only to attend if the result is negative, to keep themselves and other attendees safe.

We ask that attendees wear a mask upon arrival, when ordering at the bar and in any indoor space. You will not be asked to wear a mask on the dance floor as our dance floor will be outside in open air. If you are in a seating area at the event, please only sit within a group of 6 and be conscientious of other people. Ask before you sit. 💛

It’s going to be HOT ! Please prepare for the heat, wear sun cream, drink lots of water and drink responsibly! We will have an indoor seating area & quiet place if you need a time out from the sun or for any other reason. Our volunteers will be easy to spot, ask any of them if you need anything.

Our NYE fairy godmother is back behind the Partisan decks for her first appearance since she brought us raving into 2020!! If you were there you’ll know it was a performance that will be in the Partisan history books. She fills the floor every time at our parties with her legendary selection of Italo, cosmic grooves and synths to make you whirl. After migrating down south last year, she’s making the journey up just for us! Be Cinderella for the night, let our Fairy Godmother dazzle you at the ball and send you packing in your pumpkin with a heart full of wonder.

Ruf Dug [Ruf Kutz/ NTS/ Wet Play]

Needing minimal introduction, Manchester legend Ruf Dug graces us with his rich collection of far reaching sounds and passion for proper partying. Which way will he go, no body knows, but we do know you wont want to step off the floor while Ruffy’s around. A true facilitator of ecstatic music moments. Ruf Dug has brought his energy in bagfuls to Partisan through his Day Party appearances and Wet Play events. We can’t wait to welcome back the Ruf Kutz label owner and hear what he’s been digging over the last year…

Raheel [Banana Hill/ Partisan]

FKA Taurtollo. Producer, DJ & Musician Raheel is coming to wipe the slate clean, leaving behind his former moniker, to layout a fresh set of feetwatering tunes. At the same time as sourcing rhythmic, soulful music from the world over Raheel is spinning music projects like there’s no tomorrow. In his spare time he even finds time to volunteer for Partisan! Watch out for some of his up-coming projects with MIF & The Rec. Centre.

La Presidenta [Regal Disco/ Eve’s Drop Collective]

A Partisan All Day Party debut from La Presidenta!! After hearing her fire mix for All Hands on Deck’s famed mix series earlier this year we thought who best to bring the back to party energy! Pulling together sounds from across the Latin Diaspora La Presidenta is versed in booty shaking selections. Just who we need to hot things up this July.

Hannah is a disabled musician from Manchester, she produces enchanting, soul touching songs with her voice and guitar, expect atmospheric tones and heartfelt melodies.

PARTISAN ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Whilst we work towards making Partisan’s new space fully wheelchair accessible and while the sun may be shining, we are hosting this event just round the corner at Islington Mill’s Regents Carpark, usually home to Sounds from the Other City Festival.

The event with be fully wheelchair accessible. There will be 2 portaloos for this event, of of which will be accessible. If the event is able to be standing after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, a seated viewing area will be available.

Assistance dogs are allowed at all times. Other well behaved dogs are usually welcome, with the exception of in performance rooms of loud music events. If you have a dog allergy/phobia let us know – we’ll do what we can.

For ticketed events, paying disabled people are eligible to a free additional ticket for a PA to accompany them. You can contact [email protected] for specific access questions or requests.

Partisan aims to be a safer space. As such, harmful and discriminatory behaviour is not tolerated. As a cooperative, Partisan is democratically owned by its members, and is shaped by everybody through what we say and what we do. If you are challenged or feel threatened, speak to someone wearing a Partisan t-shirt; they are there to help.

A quiet space is available for those wanting to take a break for a while, please ask a volunteer and they will show you where to go.
