Partisan’s Club space is located inside the Islington Mill on James Street (M3 5HW). Our Community Space is located across the courtyard on the ground floor of New Islington Mill, which can also be accessed from the Regent Trading Estate off Oldfield Road (M5 4DE).

Queer Gym Manchester

Aria Scere-Jacobs is the founding member of Queer Gym Mcr. An inclusive space to platform the LGBT+ community through fitness and movement. A dance graduate of NSCD 2012 she later went on to study personal training, group fitness and Sports Therapy (Advanced Diploma). Using her knowledge and life experience Aria wants to build a space that is encouraging, engaging and judgement free.
The first session will be a circuit class! Running through a series of high energy exercises, you will be led through a body weight circuit which targets the whole body. This class will be fun and challenging! Bring a bottle of water and clothes that you can move freely in.
Measure will be taken to ensure that this event is as Covid safe as possible and the windows to the space will be open and groups will be kept as separate as possible. This is a group activity taking place indoors, please consider the risks and your personal vulnerability before attending.
The first two classes will be trial runs to gauge interest, if enough people are keen then we’ll hopefully be running the classes fortnightly on Monday.
