Partisan is committed to protecting the information you share with us. As such, we do not currently nor will we ever sell or share your data on to other organisations or allow any organisation other than Partisan to use your data.

This privacy notice sets out what data we hold on our customers and members and how we use it:

As a benefit of being a member of Partisan Collective you will receive a monthly e-newsletter to keep you informed of our activity, including organisational developments and upcoming events.

We may also send one-off mailings detailing significant or urgent events and developments. These will only be sent occasionally.

We use a third-party provider (MailChimp) to facilitate the sending of our mailings. We gather statistics regarding recipient engagement using the tools provided by MailChimp but we do not store such data ourselves. For more information see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to these mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our mailings.

When you buy a ticket for a Partisan Collective event through our website your name, address, email and contact number will be stored in our online sales system WooCommerce. We do not share this information with third parties or use this information for anything other than its intended purpose of ticketing our events.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  1. When people sign-up as members.
  2. Buying event tickets or merchandise.
  3. Contacting us via email.
  4. When people sign-up to volunteer.
  5. Complete forms on our site, for instance, expressing interest in renting an office or hiring our space.

You are entitled to view, amend or delete any personal information that we hold about you. Email your request to info@partisancollective.net with the subject line ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION. We aim to respond and process all requests within 40 days.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
