Venue Coordinator Role

Partisan is hiring a venue coordinator

Partisan is hiring a Venue Coordinator!

This role covers the venue side of Partisan, dealing with mostly practicalities and logistics: the bar, the bins, the money, the tech, and the decorations!

Supported by a team of bar staff, events volunteers and agency SIA (security staff), the Venue Coordinator will oversee the logistics of events at Partisan and ensure, through effective planning and delegation, that every event operates as smoothly and safely as possible.

This is a unique opportunity to work for a non-conventional, cooperative organisation with community at its core. You’ll be part of a values-driven team as we go through significant change in the organisation, moving to a fully-licensed venue. The role will be flexible and you will have the freedom to shape your role and contribute to our long-term strategy.

The salary for this role is £23,000 pa pro rata. As it is a part-time role of 28 hours a week, the gross salary per year is £18,400. Hours can be taken flexibly around essential tasks.

Please see Job and Person Spec document below for details on how to apply. We will be offering sessions to give more information about the job at the space in Islington Mill on 24th Feb 530 – 7pm and 25th Feb 10:30am-12pm.
