Partisan is located at Unit 2, New Islington Mill Regent Trading Estate, Oldfield Rd, Salford, M5 4DE.

Our space is on Oldfield Road, opposite Upper Wharf Street and next door to the Mr. Cook restaurant.

If you are cycling to our space then the nearest bike racks can be found just round the corner on James Street. We are planning on getting our own outside the venue when we’re fully up and running.

If the bus is more your thing then you can get either the 34, 36, 37 or 38 buses from Piccadilly Gardens and get off at the Salford Cathedral on Chapel Street.

We are a 5 minute walk from Salford Central Train Station.

If you’re lucky you can find free car parking on Upper Wharf Street, if that’s full then you can find paid parking on James Street with JustPark.

Partisan has an accessible toilet and an access ramp at one of our entrances for wheelchair users. Assistance dogs are allowed at all times. Other well-behaved dogs are usually welcome, with the exception of in performance rooms of loud music events. If you have a dog allergy/phobia let us know – we’ll do what we can.

Partisan aims to be a safer space. As such, harmful and discriminatory behaviour is not tolerated. As a cooperative, Partisan is democratically owned by its members and is shaped by everybody through what we say and what we do. If you are challenged or feel threatened, speak to a member of staff or one of our volunteers, they are there to help.

If you do have any particular access needs then please get in touch in advance of visiting our space so we have time to make whatever preparations we can to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

As we only have limited staff numbers we are not normally open outside of events. If you would like to see the space then please get in touch through the emails listed above before visiting us.

We hope to see you soon!
