Weekly Tuesday class taught by Eirian from Cariad Yoga.
Pre booking essential to access the class!
Vinyasa Flow is one of the more fast paced styles of yoga where movement is linked to breath in a beautifully smooth, dance-like way.
With a fun loving spirit, Eirian ensures her classes are playful and accessible – creating a safe environment where students can move freely, feel good and experience a positive mind body connection.
At the sessions expect to build strength, stretch & sweat whilst you lift your spirits in a creative environment.
Mixed level class, beginners welcome.
Where is Partisan?
We are located on the basement and first floor of 19 Cheetham Hill Road. Our building has a large ‘Salam Immigration‘ sign on the front – it’s right next door to the snooker centre. Enter through the main door, turn left and go through the door signed Partisan / Cariad Yoga Vinyasa Flow then head down the stairs.
How do I get there?
Train / Tram: The closest train station is Victoria Station / Victoria Metrolink, a 5 minute walk from Partisan – exit the station to Hanover Street and turn left down Corporation Street then left again across the bridge (Miller Street). Bus: The 135 bus goes from Piccadilly Gardens – it’s 4 stops to ‘Park Place, Strangeways’ and a 2 minute walk back down Cheetham Hill Road from there.

M2 goes straight to Victoria from Piccadilly Station and M1 goes to Victoria via the Central Library and Spinningfields. Exact routes available here
