Partisan’s Club space is located inside the Islington Mill on James Street (M3 5HW). Our Community Space is located across the courtyard on the ground floor of New Islington Mill, which can also be accessed from the Regent Trading Estate off Oldfield Road (M5 4DE).

Book Making Workshop
4th August 2018 @ 10:30 am - 6:00 pm
£17 – £50Join Team Trident Press in this one day book making workshop. Learn the basics about how paper works, how to bind a book at home, and traditional binding techniques. We’ll be exploring 3 types of binding methods together: Japanese, hard-back, and pamphlet bindings. Each participant will be able to finish off their books during the day and take them home in the end. Tools and materials will be provided. Make sure you bring along a packed lunch for our one lunch break. No prior book making knowledge needed – just curiousity!
Snacks, hot/cold bevvies will be provided by Partisan at affordable prices.

**This is a fundraiser workshop: All profits of the event will go towards making Partisan Collective more accessible and keep it available to local social justice groups such as Women Asylum Seekers Together. We’re currently saving up to build a ramp for wheelchair-users and barrier-free toilets.**
