Partisan’s Club space is located inside the Islington Mill on James Street (M3 5HW). Our Community Space is located across the courtyard on the ground floor of New Islington Mill, which can also be accessed from the Regent Trading Estate off Oldfield Road (M5 4DE).

Half Edge returns to Partisan, with a fundraiser for the collective, following our joyous reunion with Bruce earlier in the year.
This time we’re joined by the resplendent marjai, a pillar of Leeds’ club culture and a DJ who is very very much on the rise, with a dizzyingly eclectic approach that easily traverses the connections between experimental styles for the club and far beyond, pop and the prism-pushing frontiers of fwd bass music.
Half Edge have known marjai for many years at this point and they were in attendance at the first Half Edge x Partisan linkup back in the Cheetham Hill days. In the last year they’ve shut down High Hoops at The White Hotel, with one of my favourite sets all year, and more recently played a closing set for Accidental Meetings in Bristol, a crew I low-key idolise and surely one of the most exciting interventions in DIY music in recent times.
