We’ve got a whole variety of Workshops, Live Music, DJs, and Cabaret for you, from 3:30pm to 1am, it’s gonna be a ball.

Workshops 3:30-7pm

AHoD – Beginner DJ workshop with guest DJ – Natalia 3:30pm-5:30pm

All Hands on Deck are a DJ Collective for women, trans & non-binary people to try their hands at DJing in low pressure & supportive environments. They host workshops & open deck parties, run a mix series and a DJ equipment loaning scheme. They will be hosting a beginner DJ workshop at SFTOC with guest DJ Natalia.

Natalia has been playing frequently on the underground circuit in the north at revered parties such as Brotherhood, Natural Selection, Meraki and BLOOM for the past 8 years now. Spinning everything from electro to PC pop, her genre-spanning selections always make for dynamic, high energy sets. She’s also one half of the Trance Pennine Express duo alongside Glasgow DJ Tamtam with a monthly residency on Netil radio.

Aria Scere – Intro to Vogueing Workshop 6-7pm

Acoustic sets 7-8pm

Amelia Wallace

Birmingham born future soul artist, Amelia Wallace, found her feet as an artist while studying in Liverpool. There is an elegant collision of components at play in her music: the embraced intimacy of a bedroom musician, the powerful tone of a poet, a raw passion of delivery – ignited from her love for rock at a young age. Her soul-infused pop melodies combined with the intricate choice of jazzy chords often have been described as sounding ‘warm, yet chilling’. Amelia is currently working on her debut single which she hopes to release in 2021. While this is in the pipeline, she stays busy playing packed shows around the UK, solo and also with her accompanying band.

Charlotte Newman

Coming straight from the North West of England, Charlotte Newman is a 24 year old singer-songwriter, guitarist and live performer. So far, her passion for performing live music and travelling has taken her around the globe to distant places like the Caribbean, Alaska, Switzerland and South America. With a deep love of music mainly from the 60’s and 70’s, Charlotte draws inspiration from these essential eras and uses them as a key influence in her song writing style, creating an easy listening sound with a vintage touch.

Natalie and the Monarchy

Natalie Papa is a Manchester-based singer-songwriter and lead singer of grunge rock band ‘Natalie and the Monarchy’. Influenced by an adolescence of Riot grrrl, poetry, and Dark Cabaret, the American singer’s haunting lyricism and immersive performances are sure to leave a lasting impression with her stripped back acoustic set. Over the last year she has released two earworm singles, Envy the Villain and Angeline, which have since been flattered by music press and radio stations all over the U.K and U.S.

DJs

Alex Ross 8-9pm

After a mixture of enjoying, volunteering at and organising Partisan events over the last 4 years, SFTOC at Partisan will be wobbegong’s first opportunity to play some music himself! Expect his experiences on the Partisan dancefloor to strongly influence the energy and music he brings!

Linnkü 9-10pm

After playing at the recent open decks session hosted by local legends All Hands on Deck, Linnkü returns to Partisan to bring people together and share the joy of the dancefloor. Drawing inspiration from all forms of music, if it makes you move, it’s getting played!

Fatty Acid Cabaret 10pm-00:00am

Aggressively Queer, Radically Tender

Fatty Acid are a queer arts and events collective in Manchester/Salford and Partisan Collective’s in-house queer night. The collective will be programming and hosting a full fat late night Cabaret with the finest performers from the city, and beyond!

Hosted by our very own Teegs, world-famous karaoke star, finish the festival off by belting out that special banger that’s been in your heart all day.
